Programs: Learn with Us
Knotty Night Virtual Meetings
Join us every first Wednesday of the month for FREE online canyoning training called “Knotty Nights.” These fun, skill-based sessions are where we practice knots, anchors, and safety systems together online.
ChickFest Events
We host ladies-only canyoning adventures providing in-canyon training. There are a variety of event options for beginners through to more experienced canyoneers in both dry and aquatic canyons.
Leader/Mentor Program
We mentor and teach our volunteers to be certified canyoning leaders. Our leadership program offers certification progression: Level 1 Canyoneer, Level 2 Advanced Canyoneer, Level 3 Rescue Canyoneer, and Level 4 Lead Canyoneer. Professional Canyoning Guide.
Canyon Coaching Teams
We build teams of 8, including 2 guides. We take the team out once a month for 6 months focusing on canyoning fundamentals and creating exceptionally skilled, competent, confident canyoneers. Creating and Individualized Growth Plan for each team member.
Online Courses
We have created The Canyoning Institute to offer FREE beginner canyoning training online alongside a fully comprehensive curriculum for all levels of learning and canyoning certification.
Canyoning Clinics
To complement the online training we also offer in-person skills training courses through The Canyoning Institute for beginners all the way through to Canyon Leader.
Our Community
We are proud to have built a community of over 2100+ women on Facebook to help education and support the female canyoning community. Our coaches are actively involved in volunteering, fundraising, and community events, and we are committed to making a positive impact in our canyoning and community.
